About Us

ATAC Community Hall was set up in 2003 originally known as Area Training & Activity Centre providing education and training for young people.

That focus on young people changed around 2010 when we noticed a need to combat social isolation and loneliness in our older residents. The Charity is run by 10 Trustees, who are predominantly local residents, and a Management Committee. We are all volunteers.

If you are part of a local community group or planning a special event for a family member, we invite you to reach out to us to learn more about our facilities. We would love to help make your occasion memorable and to ensure that our hall continues to be a vibrant hub for all.

Our hall hire charges are priced at £18 per hour for private hire and £45 per hour for commercial hire. Full kitchen facilities are included in the hire of the hall.

Remember, your involvement helps strengthen our community and ensures that we can keep offering these valuable services.
